Recipe: Jamaican Irish Moss Drink (Dairy-Free)

Makes two servings; 160 calories per serving

  • 1 cup Sea Moss Gel 
  • 2 cups Almond Milk or dairy free milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup Honey or Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 tbsp. Wray and Nephew Rum or Bailey’s Rum Cream (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Place in a high powered blender and blend for 1- 3 minutes and pour in chilled glass topped with shredded coconut and cinnamon. 

Note: you can substitute honey or brown sugar with ¼ cup coconut condensed milk
